Empty Bowl Challenge?

Have you started to turn any bowls for the Empty Bowl Challenge?  Last year we didn't make 100 bowls.  Think we can do it this year?  If we get one bowl from every turner we can do it.  Start turning, come to the meeting for more details.

Instant Gallery Format

The Instant Gallery Section is a catalogue of pieces that members have displayed at club meetings. The Instant Gallery is updated and organized on a monthly basis.

Changes have been made in the format of the Instant Gallery segment of the monthly program to allow more time for the demonstration. There will be three tables set up: Critique Items, New Turnings, and Bring Back items. Continue to bring all your new turnings to show and pick one that you would like to include on the "Critique" table. All turnings will be photographed as usual and posted on the website. However, only one turning per person will be critiqued during the meeting. This format will allow a more thorough critic of individual pieces while allowing more time for the program.
